Disruptivv.ai was founded by Tristan Cabalar, whose background reflects a deep commitment to service, resilience, and protecting what matters most.
Coming from a military family and shaped by life across Guam, Hawaii, California, and the Washington, D.C. metro area, Tristan developed a broad perspective, strong adaptability, and a mission-driven mindset grounded in discipline, responsibility, and perseverance.
Throughout his career, Tristan has supported organizations across financial institutions, government contracting, IT service management, enterprise healthcare insurance, and manufacturing. Working across these industries gave him firsthand insight into how essential security, operational trust, and data protection are to the success and stability of every organization.
His journey is also deeply personal. In 2020, Tristan lost his brother, Tyrone, in a plane accident. Tyrone’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive left a lasting impact on him. Continuing that legacy has become an important part of Tristan’s own path — staying open to new opportunities, pushing forward with purpose, and building something meaningful that can create real value for others.
That combination of personal loss, resilience, and professional experience helped shape the vision behind Disruptivv.ai.
